Building Clean Inc. develops and maintains a set of written guidelines or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that govern the cleaning procedures, chemical handling and tracking requirements, equipment maintenance and operation procedures, communication protocols and requirements, training and inspection programs, and reporting and record keeping procedures.

Building Clean management and staff would work closely with each client to design, develop and implement a janitorial cleaning program which and supports the overall operational plan for the facility as it relates to sustainable operations and Green cleaning and will proactively assume a leadership role with a dedicated and committed Executive Management focused on delivering the highest possible value with innovative approach to cleaning and tight cost controls.
